Twelve young actors of different cultures between the ages of 15 and 22 meet in an East German city on the border to Poland.
Small stories are spun around the story of the friendship of Benn and Tjark. They seem to be told independently but now and then mesh like a spider web. Between humor, love, hate and desire, searching and being seen, the young actors act with themes of their time and their cultures. Everyday life, politics and the media, they finally rush together and leave little room for rapprochement. The idea for this piece came from a migration project, which was supported by the Brandenburgische Landeszentrale für politische Bildung. www.theater-ff.de |

free entry - please registrate in advance |
Guided tour and creative workshop for adults in the exhibition of: Günther Hornig "The proliferation of order". It presents paintings on paper, reliefs and objects by Günther Hornig (1937-2016), the great abstract artist from Dresden. It was deliberately omitted on the large-scale painting to explore a hitherto little regarded spectrum of his work.
Hornig has been moving since the 1960s between the emotional and the rational. The introspective and emotional gradually evolve into the development of flat and expansive structures. The picture separates itself from the wall, conquering the actual space with the wall reliefs, towers and objects. In the years following 2000, human figures resurface in small-format drawings that have never before been shown, as it was the case in the early days. Together we are goint to ask the following questions: What does art have to do with mathematics and geometry? Can forms of colors have a rhythm? Is his art neat or chaotic? How can a rhythm be created with lines, surfaces, colors and shapes? And what is concrete art? www.blmk.de places are limited. we recommend a registration at the exhibition or via email to: [email protected] . spontaneous participation might be possible if places are left. |
